The Website is operated by Universal Mind Mapper LLC, a company registered in Qatar under Qatar Financial Centre with its registered office at 7th Floor, Burj Al Gassar Tower, West Bay, Doha, Qatar and Universal Mind Mapper (Pvt) Ltd, a company registered in Sri Lanka, with its registered address at Level 35, West Tower, World Trade Centre, Colombo 01 Sri Lanka. In this policy, “Company”,”We”, “Us” and “Our” refers to Universal Mind Mapper LLC or Universal Mind Mapper Pvt Ltd. Our Website Visitors and and Service Users will be referred as “Users”, “You”,”Your” and “Yours”.

    2. If We fail to comply with these Website Terms of Use, We are only responsible for loss or damage You suffer that is reasonably foreseeable and a direct result of Our breaking these Website Terms of Use or Our failing to use reasonable care and skill. We will not be responsible for any losses You suffer as a result of Us breaching these Website Terms of Use that were not reasonably foreseeable to both You and Us when You commenced using the Website, using the associated Services by Us or our suppliers to You was formed.     The company feels that this agreement is of the highest legal and ethical standard. We have made use of the Laws of England and Wales in our privacy policy and terms and conditions. This jurisdiction continues to be the most commonly used jurisdiction for business contracts and the Courts of England and Wales is considered to be the most experienced in international business matters.
